The service
Bloomanac helps you track dahlias — varieties, beds, notes, propagation, Brix, and (for commercial growers) sales and supplies. The Sage assistant offers AI-generated guidance.
Sage is guidance, not professional advice
Sage can be wrong. Its diagnoses, plans, pricing, and recommendations are informational only and are notprofessional horticultural, agronomic, financial, or business advice. Verify before acting — especially before applying treatments or making purchasing/pricing decisions. You're responsible for decisions you make using the app.
Accounts
Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Plans & billing
- Gardener (free) includes core tracking and 5 Sage AI actions per month.
- Enthusiast is $9/month or $90/year and includes 50 Sage AI actions per month.
- Farmer is $29/month or $290/year — for commercial growers; 200 Sage AI actions per month plus the sales, supplies, and pricing tools.
- Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds for time already paid. We may change pricing with advance notice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, abuse, attempts to break security or access other accounts, scraping, or overloading our systems or the AI.
Your content
Your data is yours. You grant us the limited license needed to host and operate the service for you. If you contribute a variety to the shared catalog, you allow us to include it for other growers.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallel 41 LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination & changes
You may stop using Bloomanac anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
